6-day Mandali Experience Special
Every once in a while, the Mandali Retreat Center offers a Mandali Experience Special for those seeking a week of celebration and a wider range of experiences.
In addition to our daily yoga and meditation practice, in this special edition of the Mandali Experience we are joined by we are joined by Elena Teixidor for an immersive exploration into Heart Wisdom — awakening the body’s inner intelligence and returning to rhythm, clarity, and balance. Through voice, movement, aromas, sound, breath, and embodied awareness, we gently invite heart and mind into coherence, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to restore its natural harmony. Held by the quiet transition of autumn, this retreat offers a space to release what no longer serves and reconnect with a deeper inner guidance.
This is a playful, heart-warming experience, where you can design the journey that best serves you, participating in as much or as little of the program as you wish.
You will also have free time where you can enjoy our body-care center and get a healing massage, spend some quiet time in the sauna, or take a lovely stroll on the mountain. And perhaps most importantly, take some time to rediscover what’s truly important to you and let go of the things that are no longer serving you.
The first day of the this Mandali experience starts at 3 PM, with check-in at 2 PM.
